Pre-alpha terms

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your password private. One person may not operate extra accounts to manipulate any vote, poll, ballot, nomination, or campaign.

Pre-alpha service

Features may change, pause, reset, or contain errors. Synthetic profiles and baseline totals are labeled and do not represent real creator performance. No cash prize is active unless a later page links separate official rules and clearly states that funding is confirmed.

Community conduct

Do not automate activity, impersonate people, submit false proof, harass users, violate intellectual-property or publicity rights, or upload unlawful material. CloutCulture may moderate submissions, invalidate activity, restrict accounts, and preserve an audit record.

Creator material and missions

Nominating a creator does not grant commercial likeness rights. Claim and mission flows authorize only the specific display or campaign use clearly presented at submission. Real sponsored work requires separate campaign terms, disclosures, compensation details, and creator acceptance.

No guarantee

The service is provided for evaluation as available. To the extent allowed by law, BhavCzar and CloutCulture do not promise uninterrupted availability, rankings, sponsorships, payments, or prizes during pre-alpha.
