Information collected

CloutCulture stores the name and email you submit, a one-way password hash, age and terms confirmations, vote and streak records, nominations, profile claims, creator connections, poll and ballot choices, mission submissions, timestamps, and limited security records. IP addresses are converted into keyed hashes for rate limiting and audit review rather than displayed publicly.

How it is used

Information operates accounts, prevents duplicate or automated activity, calculates rankings and rewards, moderates submissions, verifies creator missions, improves the product, and produces aggregated analytics. Public rankings do not display voter email addresses.

Sharing

Private voter identities are not sold. Data may be shared with service providers needed to host and secure the product, with a brand only as required for an accepted campaign and disclosed terms, or when legally required.

Retention and choices

Pre-alpha records are retained while needed for product integrity, disputes, security, and analysis. Users may request access, correction, or deletion through the published operator contact, subject to legal and fraud-prevention retention needs.

Security and age

Passwords are hashed and sessions use secure cookie controls when HTTPS is active. No system is perfectly secure. The pre-alpha is limited to users 18 and older.
